Delivery & Returns

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your payment card. Your card will not be charged at this stage. We will first contact our supplier to confirm that the item is available for immediate dispatch.

Once availability has been confirmed, we will process your payment and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If there is any delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and contact you with an update.

Order Delivery

If your item is in stock and ready for dispatch, your payment will be processed and your order will be shipped within 5 working days.

Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received your tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at sales@portablepowerhub.co.uk and we'll be happy to assist.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, we recommend refusing delivery where possible.

If damage is discovered after delivery, please email clear photographs of the damaged item(s) to sales@portablepowerhub.co.uk so we can begin an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after being placed may be subject to additional cancellation fees.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
